Your floor arrives hand scraped, hand sanded, custom stained, and finished. It can be immediately installed either by a hardwood flooring installation crew, or by our Customer themselves.  A full installation instruction sheet is provided with each purchase.  Zumaya can at times refer you to Zumaya Certified Installation Services in your area.
