HOSPITALITY

The entire series of Zumaya Collections are very suitable to the Hospitality Market.  F.S.C.Certifications (available in all series except French Oak), low or zero v.o.c. finishes (available in all series), and reclaimed or recovered lumber sources (available in some series) combine to obtain for Specifiers a high percentage of LEED points available for any projects hardwood flooring.
Our Classics, Early American, Precious Metal, and Reclaimed American Barnwood collections are prized when Specifiers seek a more sophisticated specialty look, all of which can be customized ( custom colors, plank widths, distressing styles, etc.)  We also offer a very wide range of random length, boxed products when length and customizing are not considerations. Since these products have their very low or zero v.o.c. U.V.Cured Urethane of U.V.Cured Danish Oil finishes machine applied, and they are of the random length (generally shorter plank) construction, they are often more suitable for some tighter hospitality budgets.

We exclusively represent in the U.S. the following Manufacturers of random length hardwood flooring products ideal for the hospitality market:

Teka Plyquet
Teka is one of the largest single location manufacturers of  Green hardwood flooring in the world.  They are a major proprietary manufacturer for Bruce, Anderson, and other large hardwood flooring lines.  They have agreed to give our group the rights to create a U.S. sales agency for a select line of Green hardwood flooring that is very well suited to the Hospitality Market. This agreement effectively cuts out Distributor Middlemen and their markups. Their products and their installation are completely Green. We start with the use of renewable timber according to the criterion of the PEFC (Pan European Forestry Council) and /or the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council). Teka uses no formaldehyde in the adhering of their Baltic Birch substrates for engineered hardwood flooring.  Tekas finishes are commercially rated very low v.o.c. emission Danish Oils and zero v.o.c. U.V.Cured Polyurethanes. And finally the Next Generation Silane Modified Adhesives available to glue down these hardwood floors contain zero harmful v.o.c.s. (the only such product in the world, and protected by international patent.)
Teka Plyquet is a German company noted for their finely engineered products, which are produced in Indonesia to take advantage of the economical labor cost structure there.
See Teka Plyquets website at http://www.plyquet.net/ for a glimpse of their huge product line.

S.C.K.
S.C.K is the very fine producer of our “Lost Logs of Asia” Elephant Recovery Program hardwood flooring. Recovering ancient Teak and Wenge logs from the jungles of S.E.Asia, and turning them into spectacular hardwood flooring. Please see our “Lost Logs of Asia” video.  A case of pure arbitrage is at work here; the locals were accustomed  in times past to producing First European Quality lumber without any imperfections, and consider our affinity for the more rustic grades previously discarded by them ridiculous and fleeting.  Therefore the price we can purchase it for is highly attractive. This entire product line is F.S.C.certified.

In-Parkett
In-Parkett is a German company which produces our beautiful Head Cut Bamboo series.  Over twice as hard as  the standard vertical and horizontal cut bamboos that you are used to, it also has an attractive, tight repeating pattern that is generally considered more interesting in style than standard bamboo flooring.
